(Amendment) Regulations 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 March 2023.

Amendment of regulation 30

2. In regulation 30(1)(a) of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 441/2018), replace “paragraph 67 of the Air Navigation Order” with “Part 2 of the Air Navigation (139 — Aerodromes) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 10/2023)”.

Amendment of regulation 50

3. In regulation 50 of the Air Navigation (91 — General Operating Rules) Regulations 2018, after paragraph (3), insert —

“(4) To avoid doubt, nothing in this regulation affects the operation of regulation 16 of the Air Navigation (139 — Aerodromes) Regulations 2023.”.
