Exemption from Section 13)
(Amendment) Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44B of the Arms and Explosives Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Arms and Explosives (Commemorative Artillery Shell Casing — Exemption from Section 13) (Amendment) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 17 March 2016.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Arms and Explosives (Commemorative Artillery Shell Casing — Exemption from Section 13) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 101/2016) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Lee Hsien Loong” in item 1 and substituting the words “National Heritage Board”;
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Goh Chok Tong” in item 3 and substituting the words “Management Committee of Marine Parade Community Club”;
(c)	by deleting the name “Mr Govindasamy Muthukumarasamy” in item 7 and substituting the words “National Trades Union Congress”;
(d)	by deleting the name “Mr Leong Chun Loong” in item 8 and substituting the words “Management Committee of Tanjong Pagar Community Club”; and
(e)	by deleting the name “Ms Chew Huan Wei, Cassandra” in item 9 and substituting the words “Temasek Polytechnic”.
