(Exemption) (No. 11)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 11) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)

the “Super Hot Seat Draw (Within Zodiac Slots Tournament Series)” promotion to be held from 1 March 2018 to 15 August 2018 (both dates inclusive); and

(b)

the “Super Hot Seat Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) Zone 2 at Marina Bay Sands between 6 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. on the following dates:

(i)	7 March 2018 and 21 March 2018;
(ii)	4 April 2018 and 18 April 2018;
(iii)	2 May 2018 and 16 May 2018;
(iv)	6 June 2018 and 20 June 2018;
(v)	4 July 2018 and 18 July 2018;
(vi)	1 August 2018 and 15 August 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
