(Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(1) of the Public Utilities Act 2001, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Sustainability and the Environment, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Public Utilities (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 31 March 2022.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Public Utilities (Fees) Regulations 2015 (G.N. No. S 250/2015) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$14” in paragraph (1) and substituting “$4.50”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (1), the following paragraph:

“(1A) The fee for answering a legal requisition for any property concerning any matter under the Act and the Sewerage and Drainage Act 1999 is $23.50.”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “fee specified in paragraph (1) is” in paragraph (2) and substituting the words “fees specified in paragraphs (1) and (1A) are”.
