Planning (Development Charges)
(Amendment) Rules 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 March 2018.
Deletion and substitution of Part II of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
