Road Traffic Act
(Chapter 276)
Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) (Amendment) Rules 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 48 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) (Amendment) Rules 2010.
(2)  Rule 2(a) shall come into operation on 1st March 2010.
(3)  Rule 2(b) shall come into operation on 1st April 2010.

Amendment of Eighth Schedule
2.  The Eighth Schedule to the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Driving Licences) Rules (R 27) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“4.  The area bounded by Admiralty Road West, Admiralty Road, Woodlands Centre Road, Woodlands Avenue 1, Woodlands Avenue 12, Woodlands Avenue 10, Admiralty Road West, Senoko Road, Senoko Drive, Attap Valley Road and Admiralty Road West, and which is more particularly delineated in map 4.

(b)by deleting item 1 (including MAP 1).
