(Exemption) (No. 6)
Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the kiosk games to be held from 12.01 a.m. on 4th March 2013 to 8.25 p.m. on 2nd May 2013 at designated marketing kiosks within the premises of Marina Bay Sands;
(b)	the draws to be held daily from 4th March 2013 to 2nd May 2013 (both dates inclusive) at 8.30 p.m. at designated marketing kiosks within the premises of Marina Bay Sands;
(c)	the “My Secret Number Kiosk Games” to be held daily between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and the subsequent draws to be held daily at 10 p.m., from 3rd May 2013 to 5th May 2013 (both dates inclusive) at designated marketing kiosks within the premises of Marina Bay Sands; and
(d)	the “Big Cash Draws” to be held daily between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m., in 6 hourly sessions, from 3rd May 2013 to 5th May 2013 (both dates inclusive) at the Promotional Centre located at Basement 2 of the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands,

as part of the “Super Mega Number” promotion to be held from 4th March 2013 to 5th May 2013 (both dates inclusive).

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
