| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 11) Order 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 19th June 2001. |
| Amendment of Consolidation Order |
| 2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words “Bank Austria Creditanstalt (Singapore) Limited” in item (129) and substituting the words “HVB Singapore Limited”. |
