Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has varied, with effect from 9 March 2015, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2011 (G.N. No. S 300/2011) by inserting, immediately below the words “Regulation of Public Accountants and Accounting Practice.” under the heading “Subjects”, the words “Pioneer Generation Fund.”.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) (Amendment) Notification 2015.
