(Electronic Road Pricing System)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2014 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 97/2011) is amended by deleting Division 1 of Part 16 and substituting the following Division:

SPECIFIED ROADS AND SPECIFIED ENTRY POINTS

First column

Second column

Specified roads

Specified entry points

1.	Geylang Road

Between the junction of Geylang Road and Old Terminal Lane and the point where Geylang Road meets Kallang Road on the westbound carriageway.
