(Declaration of Hospitals) (Amendment)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “hospital” in section 2 of the Human Organ Transplant Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Amendment) Notification 2015 and is deemed to have come into operation on 18 March 2010.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 293/2005) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(a)	Parkway East Hospital;”.
