(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Street Works Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Street Works (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 2 January 2019.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Street Works (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or (4)(a)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “or (4B)”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:

“(aa)

section 32A(4)(a) of the Act as in force on 1 January 2019;”.
