Appraisers
(Licence Fees)
Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(6) of the Appraisers Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Appraisers (Licence Fees) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012.
Fee
2.  The fee payable to the Comptroller of Property Tax for the grant or renewal of every appraiser’s licence shall be $125.
Revocation
3.  The Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order (O 1) is revoked.
Made this 28th day of March 2012.
