| Appraisers (Licence Fees) Order 2012 |

| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Appraisers (Licence Fees) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2012. |
| Fee |
| 2. The fee payable to the Comptroller of Property Tax for the grant or renewal of every appraiser’s licence shall be $125. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Auctioneers’ Licences (Fees) Order (O 1) is revoked. |
