Protected Areas
(Consolidation) (Amendment)
Order 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 4th March 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 9) is amended by deleting item (1).
Made this 20th day of February 2013.
