Variation of Responsibility of Minister for Law

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 April 2019, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Law) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 667/2015) by deleting the words “Registration of Designs, Patents, Plant Varieties and Trade Marks” in item 2 under the heading “SUBJECTS” and substituting the following words:

“Registration of Designs, Geographical Indications, Patents, Plant Varieties and Trade Marks”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Law) (Amendment) Notification 2019.
