Valuation Review Board
(Appeals Procedure)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Property Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Review Board (Appeals Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of regulation 8
2.  Regulation 8(2) of the Valuation Review Board (Appeals Procedure) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the Valuation Review Board (Appeals Procedure) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” in the NOTE of paragraph 8 under the heading “INSTRUCTIONS TO APPELLANTS” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
