(Immigration Depots)
(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 2 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Immigration (Immigration Depots) (No. 2) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 430/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:

“3A.	Changi General Hospital (Ward 34)

2 Simei Street 3,
Singapore 529889”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 24, the following items:
