Intoxicating Substances
(Approved Centres)
(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Intoxicating Substances Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 2 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Intoxicating Substances (Approved Centres) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 431/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1 and substituting the following items:
