Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 16th March 2005.

Deletion of rule 50

2. Rule 50 of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9) is deleted.
