Misuse of Drugs
(Approved Institutions)
(Amendment) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) (Amendment) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 2 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions) Notification 2018 (G.N. No. S 432/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting item 1 and substituting the following items:

“1.	Changi General Hospital (Ward 34)

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 12, the following items:
