Goods and Services Tax Voucher Fund
(Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Goods and Services Tax Voucher Fund Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Goods and Services Tax Voucher Fund (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2017 and come into operation on 1 July 2017.

Amendment of Part III of Schedule

2. Part III of the Schedule to the Goods and Services Tax Voucher Fund Regulations 2014 (G.N. No. S 5/2014) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$65” and substituting “$95”;
(b)	by deleting “$60” and substituting “$85”;
(c)	by deleting “$55” and substituting “$75”;
(d)	by deleting “$50” and substituting “$65”;
(e)	by deleting the word “apartment” and substituting the words “flat / Multi‑Generation flat”; and
(f)	by deleting “$45” and substituting “$55”.
