Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1)(b) of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2005.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 19 in the Schedule to the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting “$12.40” and substituting “$12.60”.
