Environmental Public Health Act
(Chapter 95)
Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111(1) of the Environmental Public Health Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2009.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations (Rg 13) is amended by deleting the words “Form A, B, C or D” and substituting the words “Form A, B or C”.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Environmental Public Health (Notice to Attend Court) Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
“THE SCHEDULE

FORM B
FORM C
”
