(Motor Vehicles, Quota System)
(Amendment) Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A(4) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 8th March 2013.
Amendment of rule 20
2.  Rule 20(11) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) (referred to in these Rules as the principal Rules) is amended by deleting “$10” and substituting the words “$10.70 (inclusive of GST)”.
Amendment of rule 24A
3.  Rule 24A of the principal Rules is amended —
(a)by deleting “$20” in paragraph (1B) and substituting the words “$21.40 (inclusive of GST)”; and
(b)by deleting “$10” in paragraph (14) and substituting the words “$10.70 (inclusive of GST)”.
Miscellaneous amendments
4.  The principal Rules are amended by deleting “$20” in the following provisions and substituting in each case the words “$21.40 (inclusive of GST)”:
Rules 11(3), 24(10), 24C(6) and 29(1).
