(Amendment No. 2) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Teo Chee Hean, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards human resource management in the Civil Service, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 14 January 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 5 of the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended by deleting the name “Mr Yee Woon Chin Lionel” in the third column and substituting the name “Mr Kwek Mean Luck”.
