(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the Schedule to the Charities Act 1994, the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Charities (Exempt Charities) (Amendment) Order 2023 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2023.

Amendment of Schedule

2. In the Schedule to the Charities (Exempt Charities) Order (O 2) —

(a)

in Part I, replace item (37) with —

“(37) St. Margaret’s School (Primary).”; and

(b)

in Part II, replace item (24) with —

“(24) St. Margaret’s School (Secondary).”.
