Road Traffic
(Fees for Vehicle Recalls)
(Amendment) Rules 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 8th March 2013.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2(2) of the Road Traffic (Fees for Vehicle Recalls) Rules 2012 (G.N. No. S 434/2012) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “payable”, the words “to the Authority”.
