(Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 138 of the Employment Act, Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Employment (Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of regulation 5
2.  Regulation 5(1) of the Employment (Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
Amendment of regulation 6
3.  Regulation 6 of the Employment (Procedure-Reciprocal Provisions) Regulations is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
