Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1999.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Passports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting “10” in paragraph 1(h) and substituting “$15”.
