Children and Young Persons
(Family Conferencing)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 88 of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Social and Family Development hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Family Conferencing) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Children and Young Persons (Family Conferencing) Regulations 2001 (G.N. No. S 477/2001) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” in the definition of “Registrar” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
