Immigration Anchorages (Amendment) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Immigration Anchorages (Amendment) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2002.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Immigration Anchorages Notification (N 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (3), the following items:
“
(4) Changi General Purposes Anchorage
 
For vessels over 76 tonnes arriving in or are about to leave Singapore.
(5) Western Petroleum B Anchorage
 
For vessels over 76 tonnes arriving in or are about to leave Singapore.
(6) West Jurong Anchorage
 
For vessels over 76 tonnes arriving in or are about to leave Singapore.
