(Special and Senior Personnel Boards)
(Amendment) Order 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean, charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2012.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 1, the name “Ms Yong Ying-I”;
(b)by deleting the name “Ms Chan Lai Fung” in the third column of item 2;
(c)by deleting the name “Ms Yong Ying-I” in the third column of item 4 and substituting the name “Mrs Tan Ching Yee”;
(d)by deleting the name “Mrs Tan Ching Yee” in the third column of item 6 and substituting the name “Ms Chan Lai Fung”; and
(e)by deleting the name “Ms Lim Soo Hoon” in the third column of item 6 and substituting the name “Ms Yong Ying-I”.
