Public Entertainments and Meetings
(Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Revocation)
Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) (Revocation) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 16th January 2013.

Revocation

2. The Public Entertainments and Meetings (Speakers’ Corner) (Exemption) Order 2012 (G.N. No. S 222/2012) is revoked.

Made this 14th day of January 2013.
