Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 111 of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into operation on 30th March 2007.

Deletion of rule 18

2. Rule 18 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Rules (R 14) is deleted.

Deletion of rule 30

3. Rule 30 of the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Rules is deleted.
