Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 45 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 April 2016.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Rapid Transit Systems (Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)

by deleting items 1 and 2 and substituting the following items:

“

1.	Bukit Panjang Light Rapid Transit System

1 April 2016 to
31 March 2017

$50,000

2.	Circle Line Rapid Transit System

1 April 2016 to
31 March 2017

$1,200,000

”; and

(b)

by deleting item 4 and substituting the following item:

“

4.	North‑South Line and East-West Line Rapid Transit Systems

1 April 2016 to
31 March 2017

$9,768,000

”.
