Employment (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114 and 139 of the Employment Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Employment (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 1 April 2016.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Employment (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 339/2009) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “or 124(2)” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “, 124(2) or 126D(2)”; and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (b).
