Variation of Responsibility of Minister for National Development

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 April 2019, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 675/2015) —

(a)

by deleting item 1 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES”; and

(b)

by deleting item 1 under the heading “SUBJECTS” and substituting the following item:

“1.	Animal, Plant and Veterinary matters

Animal and Plant Health

Animal Welfare and Management

Animal-related Services Industry

Trade in Endangered Species”.

Citation

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for National Development) (Amendment) Notification 2019.
