Planning (Exemption under Section 53)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) Notification 2015 and shall come into operation on 16 January 2015.
Exemption
2.  The Minister hereby exempts Lot 09355M of MK 24 at 1 Mattar Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by the Majlis Ugama Islam, Singapura (MUIS) to the competent authority on 8 October 2014.
