Constitution of the Republic of Singapore
Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting the name “Mr Lam Chuan Leong” in item (5) and substituting the name “Mr Moses Lee Kim Poo”.
