Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 28th March 2008.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. The Fourth Schedule to the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 4/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 2, the following item:

“3. Woodlands Checkpoint, 1200 Woodlands Road.”.
