Industrial Relations (Recognition of a Trade
Union of Employees) (Amendment)
Regulations 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Industrial Relations Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Recognition of a Trade Union of Employees) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 April 2015.
Amendment of regulation 8
2.  Regulation 8 of the Industrial Relations (Recognition of a Trade Union of Employees) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by deleting “$500” and substituting “$5,000”.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
3.  The Schedule to the Industrial Relations (Recognition of a Trade Union of Employees) Regulations is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
