Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act
(Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 4 April 2017.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Appendices of the Schedule to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act are amended by inserting, immediately after item 1 under sub‑heading A (“Myliobatidae (Eagle and mobuild rays)”) in taxon III relating to “MYLIOBATIFORMES” under the heading “CLASS ELASMOBRANCHII (SHARKS)” in Part 1, the following item:
