Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners
(Investigation of Complaints)
(Amendment) Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act, the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board, with the approval of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Investigation of Complaints) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 7th March 2014.
Amendment of regulation 3
2.  Regulation 3(4) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Investigation of Complaints) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
