(Amendment) Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Subordinate Courts — Criminal Jurisdiction, Protection of Family and Maintenance of Wife and Children) (Amendment) Order 2014.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. Paragraph 1 of the Fees (Subordinate Courts — Criminal Jurisdiction, Protection of Family and Maintenance of Wife and Children) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 394/2013) is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” and substituting the words “State Courts”.

Amendment of paragraph 2

3. Paragraph 2 of the Fees (Subordinate Courts — Criminal Jurisdiction, Protection of Family and Maintenance of Wife and Children) Order 2013 is amended by deleting the words “Subordinate Courts” in the definition of “Registrar” and substituting the words “State Courts”.
