Allied Health Professions
(Registration and Practising Certificates)
(Amendment) Regulations 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75 of the Allied Health Professions Act, the Allied Health Professions Council, with the approval of the Minister for Health, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 15 April 2016.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  Regulation 12(4) of the Allied Health Professions (Registration and Practising Certificates) Regulations 2013 (G.N. No. S 219/2013) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the words “paragraph (2)” and substituting the words “paragraph (3)”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after Part III, the following Parts:
