(Cycling Without Age — Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 66 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 31 March 2023.

Amendment of paragraph 1

2. In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 676/2021), in paragraph 1(2), replace “31 March 2023” with “31 March 2025”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. In the Active Mobility (Cycling Without Age — Exemption) Order 2021, in the Schedule —
