Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Tampines (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) By-laws 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tampines hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Tampines (Common Property and Open Spaces) (Amendment) By-laws 2000 and shall come into operation on 14th January 2000.
Deletion of by-law 16
2.  By-law 16 of the Town Council of Tampines (Common Property and Open Spaces) By-laws (By 35) is deleted.

Made this 12th day of January 2000.
