Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2001 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2001.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Eddie Teo Chan Seng”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Tan Gee Paw” in the third column of item 5 and substituting the name “Mr Koh Yong Guan”. [G.N. Nos. S 405/99; S 476/99; S 596/99; S 43/2000; S 76/2000; S 346/2000; S 414/2000; S 456/2000; S 20/2001]
