(Exemption) (No. 15)
Notification 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 15) Notification 2018.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Double Happiness” promotion to be held from 1 April 2018 to 3 June 2018 (both dates inclusive); and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of that promotion at the Melati Club (Level B1) at Resorts World Sentosa Singapore at 3 p.m. on 3 June 2018.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
